The NOPL in 2010 will be a three (3) man series with an Open class and rookie class. This year the rookie class will be limited to NON-electronic markers and hoppers, we have done this for 2 reasons. First is so we do not have age as the qualifier for rookie (any age should play), second is you do not need an expensive and fast marker to play the NOPL. Also the rookie class will be able to break out from anywhere on the back line, Open class will continue to break out from the start box. Rules will be modified 2008 NPPL rules.
