- 1/10 scale - largest but after that "we race in this place" with all models and makes.

If we feel someone might be breaking the rules we will inspect cars and make a decision at the time.

By coming onto track property I agree to the rules and regulations with no exceptions.
Alcohol & Illegal Drugs ARE NOT permitted at the track. I will drive my automobile in a safe manner when entering and exiting the property.
No pets allowed.

I will operate my r/c vehicle in only designated areas of the track. I agree to always consider the other members vehicles when driving on the property. I will use appropriate language and conduct when on the property.

I am responsible for my children and their safety! I understand that a race track of any kind carries some risk of injury and Dodge This RC track and Track Owner are not responsible for any such cases. I will be absolutely sure that my frequency is cleared before powering my receiver. I am solely responsible for damages to my vehicles while on the property. I will respect my fellow members.

My membership covers me and only me in access to the track. I will report any trespassing, theft, abuse, or misuse of anything on track property immediately to Dodge This Paintball staff. (All reports are confidential) My membership and access to the track may be revoked upon deliberate, intentional and continuous disregard to this waiver.

I ask that you inform your guests of the rules while they are visiting the track.

I have read and understood everything in this disclaimer and agree to follow all rules and regulations presented. I understand that the Dodge This RC track reserves the rights to change its rules and regulations at its discretion.
